Payments and Financing
All purchases at SanaVi Health Systems are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI DSS–compliant checkout platform. Shopify meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and uses encrypted transactions to protect payment information.
Shopify also maintains SOC 2 certification and undergoes regular independent security audits. When using Shopify Payments, 3D Secure authentication may be enabled to provide an additional layer of verification for eligible card transactions.
SanaVi Health Systems does not store full credit card details. All payment data is encrypted and processed directly through Shopify’s secure infrastructure.
Below is an overview of our accepted payment methods and available financing options.

All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout environment.
Shop Pay Installments (Affirm)
We offer financing through Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm.
Customers may explore available installment options by clicking “Check your purchasing power” near the Shop Pay logo on eligible product pages or by selecting the “Buy with Shop” button during checkout. Available payment plans will be presented during the Shop Pay checkout process based on eligibility.
Financing options are provided by independent third-party lenders (“Financing Providers”). SanaVi Health Systems LLC (“SanaVi”) does not make credit decisions.
Financing Provider Terms Control
Eligibility, interest rates, APR ranges, loan terms, down payment requirements, and approvals are determined exclusively by the Financing Provider. SanaVi has no influence over financing outcomes.
Checking purchasing power does not impact your credit score. Final loan terms and disclosures are presented directly by the Financing Provider during checkout.
Shop Pay Installments (Affirm) Returns and Cancellations
For orders paid using Shop Pay Installments or Affirm, the customer’s use of installment financing is also subject to the terms, approval, repayment, interest, refund, and dispute procedures agreed to with Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, or the applicable payment provider at checkout. Approved refunds are generally returned to the customer’s original payment method, and the customer’s installment balance may be adjusted by the payment provider. Refunds issued as store credit or gift cards may not reduce, pause, or cancel the customer’s remaining payment schedule with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments.
Any approved refund will be processed according to SanaVi Health Systems’ applicable return, cancellation, and refund policies, as well as the payment provider’s terms. Shop Pay Installments / Affirm processing fees charged to SanaVi are non-refundable to SanaVi and will be deducted from any approved refund where applicable. Financing-related charges, including interest paid by the customer, are controlled by the payment provider’s terms and may not be refundable through SanaVi.
Any return, cancellation, refund, or dispute involving an installment payment remains subject to SanaVi Health Systems’ product page disclosures, Returns and Cancellations policy, Shipping, Delivery & Damage Policy, Terms of Service, and any manufacturer-specific requirements that apply to the order.
PayPal & Pay Later Options
Customers who select PayPal at checkout may access PayPal’s Buy Now, Pay Later options directly within the PayPal checkout environment.
After choosing PayPal as the payment method, any available installment or deferred payment options will be presented by PayPal based on eligibility. Approval decisions, repayment schedules, interest, and related terms are managed exclusively by PayPal.
SanaVi does not control or influence PayPal financing decisions.
No Liability for Financing Decisions
SanaVi Health Systems LLC is not responsible for:
• Financing approvals or denials
• Interest charges or APR determinations
• Lending terms
• Financing errors or processing delays
All lending decisions and financing obligations are handled exclusively by the third-party Financing Provider.
Digital Wallets
For streamlined checkout, we support:
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay
These options allow customers to complete purchases using securely stored credentials within their device or account.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
SanaVi Health Systems is committed to resolving order, shipping, and product concerns quickly and professionally. Customers are encouraged to contact our team and allow a reasonable opportunity for review and resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their credit card provider.
Because many SanaVi products ship directly from manufacturers or freight carriers, resolving shipping or delivery concerns may require coordination with the shipping carrier and the manufacturer. Initiating a chargeback before this review process is completed may interrupt the investigation and can affect the ability to pursue a carrier damage claim.
Product-related disputes, including concerns involving shipping, delivery, product condition, or damage during transit, are governed by SanaVi’s published policies. Customers should review the Shipping, Delivery & Damage Policy for full details regarding inspection requirements and damage reporting procedures.
If an order is financed through a third-party financing provider, any disputes related to loan approval, financing terms, billing statements, repayment schedules, or account servicing must be addressed directly with the applicable financing provider. SanaVi Health Systems does not manage or control financing agreements issued by third-party lenders.
