This Terms of Service agreement governs the use of the SanaVi Health Systems website and any purchases made through the Store.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the SanaVi website, making a purchase, or using any SanaVi service, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

 

2. Nature of Products

SanaVi distributes medical‑adjacent wellness equipment. Products are intended for general wellness, comfort, and performance‑support purposes. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

 

3. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information 

• Use products only as directed 

• Follow Manufacturer safety instructions 

• Seek professional medical advice before use if needed 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice 

• Orders may be declined or canceled at SanaVi’s discretion 

• Payments are processed through third‑party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Affirm) 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

All return requests are governed by SanaVi’s Refund & Return Policy and Manufacturer policies incorporated therein.

 

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by Manufacturer warranty documentation. SanaVi provides no independent warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SanaVi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

• SanaVi’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue 

• SanaVi is not liable for Manufacturer decisions, delays, or service limitations 

 

8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SanaVi from any claims arising from:

• Misuse of products 

• Failure to follow instructions 

• Violations of these Terms 

• Third‑party claims related to Customer actions 

 

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado state or federal courts.

 

10. Changes to Terms

SanaVi may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
