Warranty Policy
Overview
This Warranty Policy describes how warranty coverage works for products purchased from SanaVi Health Systems LLC (“SanaVi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SanaVi provides thoughtfully selected wellness equipment manufactured by trusted third-party companies. Because of this, warranty coverage for each product is provided directly by the product’s Manufacturer.
When you purchase from SanaVi, warranty determinations, repair decisions, and coverage eligibility are governed by the written warranty provided by the Manufacturer. SanaVi does not create independent warranty coverage for these products but works closely with customers to help facilitate the warranty process when needed.
Manufacturer Warranty as Sole Governing Warranty
Every product sold by SanaVi is covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty, which establishes the terms and conditions for service or repair.
Manufacturer warranties may specify details such as but not limited to:
• Coverage duration (for example 1-year, 2-year, or lifetime coverage)
• Components that are covered, such as structural, electronic, or mechanical parts
• Items that are excluded from coverage, including consumables, accessories, or cosmetic wear
• Required proof of purchase documentation
• Troubleshooting or diagnostic procedures that must be completed before service
• Customer responsibilities for proper use and maintenance
• Whether repairs are performed through part replacement, service depots, or on-site technicians
Final determinations regarding warranty validity and service eligibility are made by the Manufacturer.
SanaVi’s Support Role
While warranty coverage is governed by the Manufacturer, SanaVi remains available to help guide customers through the process. Our role is administrative and supportive, helping ensure communication and documentation move smoothly between the customer and the Manufacturer.
SanaVi assists customers by:
• Helping initiate warranty claims
• Providing order documentation or serial number records
• Facilitating communication with Manufacturer support teams
• Assisting with coordination of shipments or technician visits when required
Because warranty authority remains with the Manufacturer, SanaVi does not:
• Provide independent warranty coverage
• Guarantee that a claim will be approved
• Perform repairs or technical evaluations
• Supply replacement parts without Manufacturer authorization
Warranty Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties generally do not apply to damage or issues resulting from improper use or conditions outside normal operation.
Typical exclusions may include:
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Improper installation or failure to follow Manufacturer instructions
• Water, fire, or environmental damage
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality
• Use that falls outside Manufacturer guidelines
• Commercial or clinical use if the product is designated for residential use only
Because warranty policies vary by Manufacturer, customers should always review the specific warranty terms for their product.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product may require warranty service, the process typically begins with reviewing the Manufacturer’s warranty terms and gathering the information needed to start a claim.
- To begin the process:
Review the Manufacturer’s warranty documentation for your product. - Contact SanaVi with the following information so we can assist:
• Customer name
• Date of order
• Product details
• Serial number (if available)
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video documentation
Once this information is received, SanaVi will help connect you with the appropriate Manufacturer support team or technician as required. The Manufacturer will ultimately determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Freight & On‑Site Service Requirements
Certain large wellness systems may require specialized freight delivery or technician service for repairs or inspections.
In these situations, Manufacturer policies determine service requirements such as but not limited to:
• Responsibility for inbound freight shipping
• Whether the product must be palletized before transport
• Whether the Manufacturer dispatches a technician to the location
• Whether the equipment must be returned to an authorized service facility
These requirements vary depending on the product and Manufacturer.
No Modification of Manufacturer Warranty
SanaVi cannot alter, extend, supplement, or override the warranty terms established by the Manufacturer. All warranty coverage remains subject to the written policies provided with each product.
Limitation of Liability
SanaVi is not responsible for decisions made by Manufacturers regarding warranty coverage or service outcomes.
This includes circumstances such as but not limited to:
• Manufacturer warranty determinations
• Delays in service scheduling
• Temporary unavailability of replacement parts
• Freight or shipping delays
• Costs not expressly covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty
