SMS & Email Communications Policy
SMS and Email Communications Policy - SanaVi Health Systems LLC
This SMS and Email Communications Policy explains how SanaVi Health Systems LLC sends, manages, and safeguards transactional and marketing messages. These communications help ensure that Customers receive essential updates about their orders, as well as optional promotional content when consent is provided. The following sections outline the types of messages we send, how consent is obtained, how to manage communication preferences, and the limits of our responsibility regarding message delivery.
1. Overview
This Policy governs transactional and marketing communications sent by SanaVi Health Systems LLC (“SanaVi”).
2. Transactional Communications
By placing an order or creating an account, Customers consent to receive:
• Order confirmations
• Shipping notifications
• Support communications
These communications are necessary to complete orders.
3. Marketing Communications
Marketing emails or SMS messages are sent only when the Customer explicitly opts in. By opting in to receive SMS marketing, the Customer provides prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from SanaVi Health Systems LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt‑Out Rights
Customers may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Customers may revoke consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, by using any unsubscribe link included in the message, or by contacting SanaVi using the information provided in Section 7. SanaVi will honor any reasonable request that clearly communicates a desire to stop receiving SMS messages as soon as practicable and no later than 10 business days after receipt. SanaVi may send one non-promotional message confirming the opt-out.
Opting out of marketing communications does not cancel an existing order. If a Customer withdraws consent to receive SMS messages, SanaVi may provide necessary order, delivery, or support communications through email, telephone, or another lawful method.
5. Data Use
Customer contact information is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with SanaVi’s Privacy Policy. SanaVi does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent.
SanaVi may disclose Customer contact information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records to Shopify, telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, and other service providers solely as necessary to operate, administer, secure, and support SanaVi’s email and SMS communications.
SanaVi does not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SanaVi may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect SanaVi’s rights, Customers, systems, or the public.
6. Delivery Limitations
SanaVi is not responsible for carrier delays, spam filters, or network interruptions.
