The LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast EWOT System is a single-user Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) system that combines oxygen-rich breathing with simulated-altitude breathing during structured exercise. Designed for home gyms, athletic and performance environments, wellness studios, clinics, and other professional settings, it provides LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast training with a fixed simulated altitude of approximately 10,000 feet.
Unlike an oxygen-only EWOT system, the Adaptive Contrast System allows the user to switch between oxygen-rich air and reduced-oxygen simulated-altitude air without changing exercise equipment.
