What Is the LiveO2 EWOT Oxygen Training System?
The LiveO2 EWOT Oxygen Training System is a single-user Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) system designed to provide oxygen-rich air during structured exercise. Unlike LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast systems, the Standard EWOT system is oxygen-only and does not include simulated-altitude breathing, a hypoxic reservoir chamber, or Adaptive Contrast switching.
SanaVi offers this system in two configurations: a reservoir kit for customers who already have a compatible oxygen source, and a complete 10 LPM system that includes one LiveO2 air separator. Both configurations use the same oxygen-only EWOT reservoir and breathing setup.
For buyers looking for a straightforward way to add oxygen-supported exercise to a home or wellness routine, the Standard EWOT system provides the core LiveO2 oxygen-training experience without the altitude-control features found in the Adaptive Contrast and Extreme systems.
Oxygen-Only EWOT for Structured Exercise
The LiveO2 Standard EWOT System combines exercise with oxygen-rich breathing through a large reservoir and mask system. During a session, stored oxygen-rich air is delivered through the breathing system while the connected oxygen source continues replenishing the reservoir.
This makes the Standard system fundamentally different from LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast. It does not alternate between oxygen-rich and simulated-altitude air and does not include an Adaptive Contrast switch. Instead, it is built specifically around oxygen-only Exercise with Oxygen Therapy.

The LiveO2 Standard EWOT System is available as either a reservoir kit or a complete 10 LPM system.
The reservoir-kit configuration is designed for customers who already have a compatible oxygen source. It includes the oxygen-only reservoir and required breathing components but does not include a LiveO2 air separator.
The complete 10 LPM configuration adds one LiveO2 air separator, which supplies the oxygen-rich air used to fill and continuously replenish the reservoir during operation. LiveO2 currently lists an approximate initial reservoir fill time of 95 minutes from empty with the 10 LPM system.

Standard EWOT vs. LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast
The main difference between the LiveO2 Standard EWOT System and the LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast family is the type of breathing environment available during exercise.
