Masks and pulse oximeters are covered under a separate 30-day limited warranty. During the first 90 days, LiveO2 covers return shipping for qualifying warranty claims, except for masks and pulse oximeters, which follow the 30-day coverage period. After the initial covered shipping period, return shipping to LiveO2 is the customer’s responsibility. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, non-compliance with precautions, or commercial-use exclusions stated by LiveO2. An optional Extended Warranty may be available, extending covered parts and labor protection to 4 years or 4,380 hours, whichever comes first.
