Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Float Flex/Pro/Plus) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction, SIX (6) MONTHS for all inflatable PVC material construction, and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Daily Maintenance

• Ensure water temperature is maintained at preset levels
• Confirm the float solution remains clear and free of cloudiness
• Verify water level is within optimal range

• Test the pH level of the solution
• Wipe down the interior surfaces to remove condensation and any magnesium residue at the waterline
• Add 5–10 ml of chlorine daily (at end of day), or alternatively up to 50 ml of hydrogen peroxide

A certified Dreampod technician will travel to your location and spend up to three days on-site assisting with setup, calibration, and hands-on operational guidance—helping streamline the transition from delivery to active use.

Please note that all float units must be placed in their final installation position prior to the technician’s arrival. Final placement of the system is the responsibility of the customer or their delivery provider and is not included as part of this service.
