Each unit is carefully packaged and shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized distribution partner to ensure proper handling and product integrity. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment, with delivery times ranging from 5–8 days depending on location. All shipments are delivered curbside, with optional white glove service available for larger units.

User Setup
Setup and operational guidance for your Dreampod unit is provided through the included User Manual and Setup Guide. Additional support is available through Dreampod’s manufacturer-backed team, including remote video assistance for assembly, system configuration, and operational training.
Professional Setup
Professional on-site installation and system setup is available as an optional add-on, fulfilled by Dreampod’s authorized technicians to ensure a smooth and organized experience. This service is fulfilled by Dreampod authorized installation partners
This service provides in-person support to help ensure your system is properly configured and ready for operation. A certified Dreampod technician will travel to your location and spend up to three days on-site assisting with setup, calibration, and hands-on operational guidance—helping streamline the transition from delivery to active use.
Please note that all float units must be placed in their final installation position prior to the technician’s arrival. Final placement of the system is the responsibility of the customer or their delivery provider and is not included as part of this service.
