The Power Shield is placed directly beneath the Power Plate my5 platform prior to use. Once positioned on a hard, level surface, the MOVE unit rests securely on top of the shield while continuing to deliver full vibration functionality.

The Power Plate my5 Power Shield is designed for long-term use and requires minimal maintenance. Periodically verify that the Power Plate my5 vibration platform is positioned correctly on the Power Shield to ensure stable operation during training.

For routine cleaning, wipe the surface with a soft cloth or lightly damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials that could damage the surface finish.
